Ceviche ( stykker af torsk i frisk limejuice med chili og rødløg).

Rødbedesalat ( friske rødbeder, grønne bønner, hakket mandler, revet æg og en dressing af creme fraiche og dild).

Tango salat ( spæde spinatblade, ruccola, artiskokker, soltørret tomater, ristede solsikkekerner, rød peber, frisk parmesan og med dressing af balsamico og olivenolie).

Blæksprutter marineret i chili og paprika.

Empanadas ( 2 stk. pr. person ).

Chorizo rojo (hjemmelavet argentinsk chorizo).

Der serveres focaccia brød med havsalt og rosmarin til maden, samt chimmichurri sovs (olivenolie, hakket persille, hvidløg og hakket peberfrugt).

Menu 2: Palermo west end

Style: Buffet

Starter :

Two empanadas of meat and corn.

Main course :

Mixed grill of chorizos, sweetbread, pork, entrecôte and lamb served with chimichurri sauce and rosemary sauce.

Garniture : Baked potatoe with a slight dressing of herbs.

Mixed salad with caramelized onions and dried cherry tomatoes accompanied by a balsamico dressing.

Roccula salad with finely-chopped carrots, shalots and roasted sunflowerseeds with a dressing of balsamico, garlic, honey, oliveoil and lemon.

Pan de campo with butter with herbs.

Dessert :

Soup of fruits of forest accompanied by a sorbet og basil.

Menu 3 : Puerto madero

Appetizer :

A small spicy and juicy empanada.

Starters :

Grilled provolone cheese with fresh oregano and oliveoil.

Soup of pumpkin with orange juice and safran, accompanied by a crispy rabbit tempura with herbs.

Lime sorbet with a touch of thyme.

Main course :

200 g of grilled beef tenderloin served with a Malbeck rosemary sauce.

Smoked mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables.

Dessert :

Cigar with mousse of Valrhona chocolate, and a truffle of white chocolate with pistachios.

We can arrange Tango classes for groups, as a part of the surprise evening! When the people has enough ‘juice’ on their blood they dare to take to the dance floor, and have a memorable evening! You will be giving a really diferent night to your team.
